SG govt intervened is the likely caused. The D-days has been postponing from the original date of May 23 to July 3rd.

Singapore current quarter unemployment rate is about 3.9%, the Singapore ruling party PAP just order Shxtgate to push the layoff date to the next quarter in order to have a good unemployment rate interm in %

But there are rumor's that SG govt intervened... The layoff plan is postponed to early July. Not sure for what reason...
