FORTUNE 100 best Companies.
Obviously this is nothing near the best place to work for!
Current and Formal Anthem employees should rate how horrible this place is.
A rating/review that will actually impact the company placement and reputation by telling the truth.
@xhv they base it on benefits offered, volunteer hours by associate. These types of accolades are not given based on associate reviews.
Every company is cutting staff. If you go to any major companies page on this site, you will read the same employee complaints. Almost all companies su-k! Sorry to break the news to you OP, we are all just tools for these companies use to make money. It's a terrible thing, but, it's the way it is for now. Just use these places until they fire you, and then go to the next one. and do the samething. Play them like they play you.
Companies get these ratings because they pay for ADs, corporations are in bed with the media, and the media is just a propaganda machine.
Only the wokest & d-mbest give a sh!t about their ridiculous virtue signals.
You do not have to stay silent about the abuse and corruption going on at this company. What they make you sign has no merit. You can talk to reporters. Just reachout to Rebbecca on the other post. She is very nice.
I worked in marketing under Beck. All those accolades are pay to play and management puts pressure on their teams to complete the surveys sent by the vendors to praise the company.

You can also review on Indeed. You actually have to do one anyway, if you want to be able to read more than 2 reviews on a business. It says anonymously, but I wouldn’t pick your job title and location. Use a different one. I did bc anyone who knows me would know my review simply from what I said, and if I had added actual title and location there would be very little process of elimination needed lol. We don’t elevate or advance sh** but the executives compensation and a workforce outside of the country. One can hope that their corporate greed will bite them in the a** one day (if some of these unions looked closely enough to see they’re paying 3 contracts for companies that are all one…oooeee) but the ones who will suffer will be us and they’ll continue to get paid.
Glassdoor is the place you want to head to.
Glassdoor isn’t what it once was. Employers do have a process to have posts and comments removed. The only value is volume of posts. Read enough comments and the ‘true’ trends emerge.
As for Best Place to Work— it’s a known bought recognition. Zero authentic value.
Those best place to work awards are meaningless. You can see what companies they are competing against and it’s usually not our direct competitors like UHC. These things are promotions that those organizations run where you can pay an entry fee to have your company receive their participation trophy. Sites like Glassdoor paint a better picture.

I laugh every time I see that. Biggest damage that could be done to this company is a major news network covering the amount of layoffs and offshore jobs. It will probably never happen since we are told to stay silent or we get supplemental pay taken away from us. They buy your silence by threatening to let your family starve. Pure evil. Corporate America in general is pure evil. The bar must just be insanely low for a good place to work.
