I’m in FIG. My boss told us in a meeting on Wednesday he thought only grade 10 and below would be considered. He said he’ll have the final word on it next week. I’m pi---d.

It's in the email notice about starting planning for merit increase for your team, 2 or 3 of the bullets specify that only grade 10 and below will be considered for merit increases at this time. You should've gotten that email Tues or Wed if I recall correctly.

Surprising and not surprising. "Let them eat RSUs..." Higher relative inflation in the US, "double digit growth" for Wall Street reporting--and mid-high level managers get no base increase. "Bonuses"--such as they are, watered down to smaller %s of cash vs. "RSU"s which only vest over three years--rolling the dice on value and with velvet handcuffs for retention and a draconian non-compete feature. smh Sociopaths at the wheel...associates aren't "people" they are tools.

Those with pay grade 11 and up did get their bonus and stock. Still su-ks no merit tho. Was this across the board at all locations?

Part of what happens when you artificially pump the price with 8B in stock buy backs. They have steadily increasing since 2020.

Absolutely disgusting if this rumor is true. So many people are working ridiculous hours and performing multiple job functions. To not even attempt to offset inflation with a salary increase is just cruel.

Something is up behind the scenes. Reported revenue is up, stock is up and no raises. FB is propping it up for some sort of sale or divestiture. Meanwhile takes his raise of how many million?? 6 mil?? Disgusting.
