Just curious, how your teams and coworkers reacted? For sites that aren't core hubs - did they share more details what will happen?
Are there enough spaces on sites to manage the required capacity?

When I had to go in 100%, I cancelled and declined any meeting not in the 8-5 window regardless of their WW location.
Before, I would do evening and early morning meets. Well, I can’t go into the office at 1am so …
Declined (meeting time is outside of office hours)
@x9 They will achieve co-location through WFRs to free up recs that can be filled in the desired locations.
Haven’t heard a peep about it from my management (SC). The thing I’m mostly curious about is how exactly they plan on co-locating teams and managers.
Fully remote here (been that way for the last 6 years) and nothing mentioned about hybrid or returning to onsite.
@OP from a non-core site here but did make an appearance in the slide deck. No extra information.
What about the sites not mentioned anywhere?
It doesn’t matter if there are enough spaces for everyone at the sites. Once all the desks are full the people who show up late get WFR.
@ad lol
I don't work at HP but am contemplating buying their stock. What exactly was announced regarding RTO / "Hybrid work policy"? Does this apply to CWs?
I am very happy to be returning to the office. I like to go in 5 days a week, even when my boss is not there to show how committed I am to living my life the HP Way. Seeing the way people are discussing this is disheartening; what happened to being with your coworkers? How would you feel if Enrique or Ernest rolled up to your site and you weren't there? I would be devastated not to see OUR Titans. Get real and get back to the office
