I feel so bad for these people they worked so hard to get to where they were and we’re all very high performing branch managers. Hopefully a lot can find a spot and be retained.
The role just wasn’t deemed to be profitable from an ROI standpoint seems like which isn’t shocking.

Funny how ROI never really matters for executives. Our current crop produces nothing of value, yet we pay tens of millions. It's ridiculous.
