The other day I received a formal notice from Allstate HR in the mail regarding a return to the local Hub/Flex Pod location within 90 days for a hybrid schedule. Few others in my unit received it as well. Letter was elaborate and covered many items (see below). Would've been nice to discuss this in an actual convo vs letter. SMH

- Desk Booking info
- Benefits/Support to ease the transition
- Contact Information from HR for questions/concerns
- Medical Leave/Absence - what to do if you're on leave when we go live with this
