A place where you are allowed to descend to a level of incompetence, promote ignorant, and reward those who steal.

Saying 9/10 employees to justify your bad attitude. Just goes to show what kind of person you really are.

Integrity and hard work should be saved for employers you can count on , anyone who busts their a-s with the Assumption this organization has your back when times are tough, is sadly mistaken.

I bring my PC to work and plug into the fax line and trade stock and post here all day.

@wyi+1aTxiO0K is correct. There are still - and always have been - employees at T with enough integrity to do their jobs as well as possible, even if it means doing more than necessary.

Unfortunately, that doesn't really matter at all, because not only is all of their hard work undone virtually every day by bafflingly incompetent management decisions, but that work is simply not valued at all at T. Work hard or slack off doesn't matter -- when layoff time comes both are equally vulnerable to the axe. I've seen incredibly people let go and worthless slugs remain.

Welcome to T, where incompetence isn't just a word, it's a business philosophy

OP. Integrity reflects personal character traits. It has nothing to do with loyalty to a brand or corporation. It’s clear you don’t...

You’re wrong. There are still employees who have integrity.
