Does anyone know if there will be a RIF in Q1 or Q2?

There IS life after Verizon. Our daughter got riffed in November after 20 years working herself up to a high level. FINALLY, got a comparable position. Put your nose to the grindstone, tailor your resume to AI review for ANY applications, and NETWORK with people that you know. Brutal out there but persevere!

@ww don't know where you get that statistic from unless you are only talking about retail sales. I know plenty of employees who were wireless employees prior to the Vodaphone buyout (2013) and are still here.
Most vzw employees have been around 3 years or less.... if you hate it (which i dont blame you) then leave. You are waiting for 6 weeks of pay during a RIF to justify leaving? Stop being so desperate! Have some respect for your self. This job su-ks... it ain't changing. With your mentality you will never make.
Someone mentioned this in another thread with the same topic. The rumor mill suggests another RIF will happen at the end of Q1. Some suggest another RIF, some suggest that numerous stores will close and many positions eliminated. We can talk all we want, unfortunately will have to wait and see just how this goes. Sharpen your resume, just in case.
