I'm probably going to miss this half due to some large deals pushing, and I also missed last half so I expect to be put on a coaching plan in February (or possibly, let go).
I think the only thing that might help me is that I moved to a new org this half so hopefully that gives me a grace period. From a manager prospective, what do you expect in the plan? From an employee perspective, were you able to meet all metrics and stay employed?
