It's so deep your dreams will figure it out before you do! 40% sounds about right with the cuts.
Be careful what you wish for. CVX, Shell etc. did not cut their managers & directors, they just moved them to other countries. So nothing changes - except your boss speaks with an accent.
If they follow what CVX, Shell and others did, they will cull many of the higher director levels along with middle management. Here's to hoping.

"If you get EOI do you ..." - You don't get an EOI, you give one.
LT meeting today said that the cuts will be 20-30%. Didn't explain how it would be distributed, but did lean towards L48 being hit the hardest.

RSUs will depend on when they were granted. If within a year or two of vesting, you get a majority of them. Read the T&Cs for details.
If you get EOI do you lose your unvested stock?
