A lot of corporate supporting roles were given the axe. I hear that the managers were just given lists and stuck contacting people. They didn’t have a say whatsoever. I guess it was all done based on salary. Priority is customer facing with direct connection to revenue not anyone offering support within the company. I heard the plan is to keep a skeleton crew while increasing sales revenue way possible.

Are we saying that finally they are removing the duplicate redundant non value add management layers?
- indeed, certainly could be taken that way. +1 point
So many internal management layers have been added over the years the cuts should allow the company to run more efficiently.
- a stretch, but yeah, I can see the reasoning. +0.5 points
Too many processes and empty meetings have been invented, blocking and slowing down things.

we can save $28 million by getting rid of the CEO and chairman of the board. Mr. shouty face , That won't show his face in a town hall cause he's afraid of the employees
So now he's sacking the people who run HR, who run finance, probably the ones who issue invoices to customers. Wonder how that will work out for him, when there's no-one to process the money?
Sal is fighting for survival. After three years nothing has changed to positive.
Share price is down, even after buy back of 10% of the shares. Revenue is shrinking 10% yoy unbraked. Moral os staff is still on all time low - forget about faked glassdoor reviews.
This is a short term cost reduction to get his contract renewed, don't expect a strategy behind it.
Is that why poor CMO is gone?
It is time to look at the internal functions to see if they are really adding any value - guess they have cut enough on the delivery, so looking at the other side of the company
Corporate facing support doesn’t mean just mean managers. It means everybody that rolls up under the corporate umbrella. These would be organizational support internally as opposed to revenue driven.
They should ov removed these manger layers years ago
