I’m currently checking out better places where I could maybe get a job, but I’m pretty limited because I don’t have a great skillset. Anyway, I still think I'll be able to find something better. I gave myself a deadline that I have to get out of here in the next two months.
Who plans to leave Belk as early as next year? I believe there are many of us.

You probably have more skills than you realize.
Customer service is 80% of any front office job.
If not, there’s plenty of small businesses that treat their employees like gold, and pay better, and you’ll gain skills just by having to wear different hats.

Belk is no longer a company that shows all these things they offer anymore to associates and customers today after Sycamore Partners bought in Christmas 2015 . Belk is now goes only after bloody cold cash and money hungry greedy profits. It is the "Paradise" of the rich and made out the "He-l" of the poor Belk workers this sad Christmas 2021. Love it or leave it right?
