Doesn’t impact PBS at the moment, but initial services being gutted are MDlive and a few other departments. Philippines office is being opened shortly and they have 100 employees so far, limited to 4 different departments, “fully operational” by 2027 when they add more departments and employees. They wouldn’t say who else they’re replacing
