Prime example, the employee well being ranking low. Now we see all this stuff on healthcare and mental health. Uh, that’s not what was meant by that. People were referring to work/life balance, recognition, promotions, bonuses, pay raises, taking care of your people, doing special things for them. Saying “if you don’t like it, leave,” highlights they don’t care.

Not as miserable as you make things.
Your complaining isn’t changing anything; it’s just making everyone miserable.”
Total joke! Wonder what would happen if everyone just lied on the survey and said this was the greatest company on earth. They really wouldn’t know how to handle that, but it’d be funny
Annie, are you okay?
So, Annie, are you okay?
Are you okay, Annie?
You've been hit by
You've been hit by a smooth criminal
Ow!
What actions plans... smelliest BS I've heard in a while.
The survey was a way to find more sensitive areas to exploit. The goal remains for employees to voluntarily leave the payroll.
I hate to agree.......... but wow. I bought into the 'providing feedback is good' message. Until... Stankey sent out his 'reaction' via email, which gaslit employee concerns and conveyed... oh, didn't you know... loyalty is dead, long live the market-based approach. Blah blah blah. Way to go, Mr. CEO, who touts "productivity" while making bad decisions that have cost the company a ton of money. SMH.
The beatings will continue until morale improves.
@a5 move on? Has any problem ever been solved that way?
Working doesn’t have to be “medicine”.
“ Prior to this year I was a big proponent of filling out the survey with honest feedback. After the response, I will never fill out another survey while employed at AT&T.“
This is 100% my exact situation and position going forward.
We can only hope the brown nosers use some restraint too.
Because I will really enjoy seeing them try to spin like a 25% participation rate.
“ Found the boomer who needs his walker stolen and pushed down a flight of stairs.”
He does the “Depends shuffle” to the daily game of bingo & shuffle board.
The lowest scored category was “Do you feel actions have been taken as results of previous surveys?”
Do they really think beating around the bush like this is going to change the score of that question? I wouldn’t be surprised if they remove that altogether next time around.
We all know there is only one fix. The one thing they refuse to address.
@a5 maybe it’s YOU who needs to move on seeing as nobody agrees with you.
"NEVER TAKE ANOTHER eNPS SURVEY"
Prior to this year I was a big proponent of filling out the survey with honest feedback. After the response, I will never fill out another survey while employed at AT&T.
Of course there is a complete disconnect because the company does not want to address the issues raised by the employees. So, they are now trying to show you all the shiny things the do give us in an attempt to say that we should be happy with all the stuff we don't use behind door number 2 instead of focusing on the prize we all want behind door number 1. They are hoping to re-focus our discontent.
You mean the propaganda splashed all over the company signage and video screens in the building? Yes, it's fu--ing stupid.
Really just see a lot of employees in different stations of life who need to move on.
Found the boomer who needs his walker stolen and pushed down a flight of stairs.
It’s people like you, and this kind of thinking (MBA’s) that ki-led Bell Labs and are responsible for the downfall of this company.
Really just see a lot of employees in different stations of life who need to move on.
Yeah, the VP's, Directors, and AD's are just checking the box to say they addressed the survey concerns, per the mandate they were given.
The detail (or lack of detail) behind said box check does not matter.
It's all nonsense.
All we can hope for is that the majority of employees have learned a lesson.
NEVER TAKE ANOTHER eNPS SURVEY.
