Not over. This is ongoing for the next year, at least. Centene is reinventing the old proverbial wheel. Again. They don’t care about members and they don’t care about team members. Management heavy. The fat needs cut.

Not to be rude, but where have you been? Rolling layoffs have been going on for the last 4 years. You think they are going to stop anytime soon? They are trying to recoup from fines, lawsuits, loss of membership, loss of $$ from hiking premiums, the disgusting amount of $$ they dumped into AI, the amount of $$ they are losing to AI being cr-p & messing up everything it touches currently and in the future - ALL while making sure it doesn't affect their own precious checking accounts. Sara said it herself that they are prioritizing profit margins over membership. They don't give a sh-t if people can't afford health insurance - as a matter of fact they don't give a sh-t if you become homeless and lose everything after letting you go.
