It seems like there were more layoffs to kick off October. Anyone know who all was affected?

@1qc what changed? They were not great to begin with
With the rollout of subpar benefits for our clinicians yesterday and how much it’s going to cost them, we will continue to lose marketshare. Not a whole going for MedSol at this time!
@w4 Point of the comment I made was nobody in that room was on a plan, and the goal wasn’t to make people all a sudden start “producing”. A decent amount of people are at double digits and higher would have been a better way of me phrasing it so I stand corrected. Again, the point I was trying to make and it seems everyone missed it and would rather come and discuss the NUMBER instead of the fact NOBODY was on a plan, however, you w4 do grasp that, THANK YOU! Everyone in that room was there intentionally and with purpose and will do amazing things regardless of their division/department!
@vh I just completed boot camp, and I’m not 20 COA’s, but also not on a plan.
@vv 100% not everyone was at 20. A number of the recruiters sent from allied health divisions are not at 20. Some were sent to Denver weeks ago from the Omaha office even though Omaha is hosting one this week. HUGE waste of money!
@vh I appreciate your point of view, however I can attest that not everyone in that room was at 20+. Did I come away with take aways, yes. However, several that I spoke/interacted with are not at 20+ and from different divisions.
Don’t worry, MedSol has the “bright idea” to keep flying in underperforming recruiters all over the U.S. for “coaching” camps on the company dime. Free roundtrip flight, hotel stay and happy hour so MedSol can give the appearance that recruiters on PIP plans will start performing all of sudden. Absolute joke! MedSol is tanking just like AMN. Shocking considering MedSol hired a lot of managers/directors from AMN!
@hy I started work at Medical Solutions the same day as Steve back in 2018. I find it hard that he would leave on his own, he was on the board at some point. There would have to be a nice buyout/severance package for him.
Let’s see if he gets replaced with an offshore person just like everyone else does when they are forced to leave “on their own” or told to. I would think it’s obvious he wouldn’t but the decisions being made from higher ups make no sense so I wouldn’t be surprised if they do
Layoff or he left on his own because the company is sinking and has no morals?
Maybe his band can go back on tour.
Now that's hilarious!! LOL
