Completely accurate BUT, the vast majority will be inexpensive contractors. This is the clear direction that S has communicated to the union.

Investing in new technology and software that reduces all the legacy systems is costly. We still use the sonet platform for our own network. We need skilled people to maintain these old networks. There is still a lot of work to be done in transforming this company into one that runs without as many people.

What we have “too many of” is incompetent, pernicious, sycophant stuffed suits atop the ‘pyramid’. We could/should eliminate 2-3 levels of superfluous “VP’s” & replace the entire C suite asap.

Stankey will get to 75K or bust. He is not playing, as many employees will become ex-employees in 2024. T is way overstaffed, I can't believe they have let this condition exist for this long. Poor management on Stankey's part.

I'll volunteer to take the termination package per our CWA/Leg T contract. I'll be happy to move on and retire however I'm not leaving until they pay me to leave and I'm not in any hurry.
