@1dy I did. I went from being a senior engineer is ISG support being expected to troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking issues for only $80k a year to being the low man on the totem pole only expected to rack and stack equipment for oracle for $110k a year. Couldn't be happier.

@q5 If there's a way to both "hit the bricks" and get an extra $5k from Dell why not do it? Personally I took vacation thr first 3 weeks of March while I started a new job. As soon as the Dell bonus hit my account I informed my manager I won't be returning and all my Dell issued equipment (inclidong my badge) is at my desk.

Not me. Had I had a job lined up then absolutely! However I actually enjoy my job and the money it brings to pay my living and bills...
