Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Why is there more and more talk about full RTO?

We know hybrid has been a total failure with them not being able to get most of the people to the office even for just three days. Now they want to implement full five days in the office? How can they think that this would be anything else but an unmitigated disaster?

Agree that all WF has to do is say "if you don't RTO then you will have voluntarily resigned".

So why haven't they done that? Could it be that they couldn't withstand 40% of the employees walking out all at once..?

What about the job postings where people in that group are already working in office 3 days, and the posting mentions working on site as WF returns to standard operating model?

Wells is an embarrassment. Completely going backwards and will realize in a few years that they're stupid. Rto my a**

Lack of trust when executives clearly say hybrid isn't going away. History shows they lie and do a complete flip on anything they say.

I've seen plenty of internal job postings where they indicate 2 days in office as opposed to 3 so guessing 5 days is no where close, but am guessing at some point after September they may start pushing compliance a little harder.

Employees don't make the rules. They will find a way to terminate your, if you don't comply. That simple.

When Yahoo ordered people back into the office a few years back they basically said if you don’t come in you will be considered to have resigned.

That’s all they have to do.
