Haha pretty clear what message they are sending: find a new job before we RIF you. As tempting as it is to hold out for the next RIF (somehow I have been passed over by the HReaper a few times now) I am getting out as soon as I can. I've played Russian Roulette at this company long enough.

I wouldn't be surprised if we start seeing diversity and things like this cut too. A lot of companies have been getting rid of diversity programs lately...
They seem to be sending a message to us. Though, I'm not exactly sure what it is.
Tell me without telling me.....that my job is not secure...that management thinks I should take my talent elsewhere.....that remote workers no longer have a place here......
Several other BRGs have been doing these as well...I think they're rolling them out across all.
I just saw this and was like “are they trying to tell me something??”
For those that didn't get RIF'd, time to seriously start looking outside. Always easier to get a new job when you currently have one.
I saw that and thought wow they really are warning us and training us to be ready for more RIFs.
