I'm curious to know how many Wal Marts are on other territories around the country.
I'm not going to get too specific, but in the area I'm in out entire team only has 12 Wal Marts and is completely dwarfed by other chains in the area.
We hear all the time Wal Mart is the main chain for the country, but it's difficult to see that when we have so few in total.

@vc sorry to hear that! If they promoted from within I’d get it, but they promote based on nepotism and favoritism. You could be the best rep and hit every number and will still get passed over. The funny thing is, they fast track these young folks and when they get the experience they want from Mondelez, they leave and go to better organizations. We had that happen so often on our team. I would be doing the bare minimum and going home if I were you, hopefully that is what you are doing!
@vc what market?
@qa correct....no degree so I was always passed over when rep position was available. Now Im just stuck.
@q5 23 years and a ftow? Is it that you don’t have a bachelors degree? We had reps that we’re grandfathered in when Kraft took over,
Nabisco never required a degree. They have made up rules as they go along, managers that never were reps etc. Hot mess
I'm a FTOW. Been with company 23 years. The rep I'm under has 15 stores, only 2 are not a super or NHM. It su-ks.
It's probably a ftow not a rep
@c1 where are you that you have 8 stores lol
24 stores, 5 Walmarts (3 of them supercenters)
2/24. Some territories have majority Walmarts though.
Not so much the number of them but the percent of total business
8 stores and 1 Wal-Mart
24 stores 4 Walmarts
I have 20 stores and only 3 Walmarts
