Two different people, from two different locations, advised they have heard that there are several more whistleblowers prepared to come forward detailing how TIAA has violated contractual agreements with institutions by allowing offshore processing and access when they’ve committed to doing otherwise. There is also talks of a class action lawsuit taking shape, should the company attempt to cheat people out of severance packages if their job is outsourced and they do not accept a position with that company. Sounds like people are fed up and going on the offensive.

That’s hilarious. I know for a fact that there are multiple people posting here and the MNPI isn’t exactly locked away, half of us hear about this sh-t in the office well before it makes its way to this website. The Layoff isn’t giving TIAA sh-t anyway.
Well if you’re planning on it, be sure to reach out to the reporter from NBC. I’m sure she’d be the one blow this sh*T open
If this is true? Nothing you read on this site is true.
There are 2 people who post. One person who has MNPI and is d-mb enough to post it, allowing thelayoff to reveal their IP address to TIAA and the SEC.
And then the other just keeps posting **** about T and class actions as if using big words and posting 10 times makes it sound like there's some movement happening.
The rest of us just come here for the entertainment and to feel better about our jobs, since we're glad we're not so miserable that we have to anonymously post complaints on this site.
Hmmm I wonder if the journalist who wrote the NBC news article is involved if this is true?
