To the comment about Matt, Patrick, and baldy., I completely agree. Worthless non leadership. Especially Matt being that he made all the changes that drained the department of any actual talent, built out too many teams and now all his west coast people got cut while he sits at home in CA still collecting a very fat paycheck. Why is he still here?
However I think this OP is talking about Molly in 24 hour banking who is also worthless along with her leadership. Terrible business decisions that is costing the bank a ton of money. The bank should be cutting the fat but instead making massive cuts based on arbitrary things like location. You can’t get much d-mber than this
The future is sad because you still have Matt, Patrick and Baldy trying to run the show. Neither one of them under stand what is going on and are ki-ling the department. It's sad.
@urj+1v9p0mUR No it just su-ks watching our company go down the drain, and the people making the decisions for the business lines doing whatever they can do to save themselves with out any regards for the people doing the actual work. Despite layoffs happening they will raise goals, expect more from fewer and kiss whoever’s a$$ they have to in order to save themselves. The days of ethics and integrity left with Richard.
A lot of people who come on this site are directed here because they google US Bank layoffs and the are concerned about what their future holds or perhaps they just lost their jobs. So, the first post they see is this? I have no idea what you’re talking about and I’m sure a newbie wouldn’t either. Come on! I can tell it’s the same few people that post this kind of stuff. You can post without sounding like a total AH yourself. You must have s lot of spare time on your hands and must be a treat to work with.
