Anyone know when we’ll all be required back in the office full time?

Will Hybrid employees be ranked higher at review time?

Why won't the company's internal public relations team be honest about the real reasons for requiring associates to drive to an office? Are these PR propagandists so accustomed to stating the opposite of the truth that they literally cannot find it within themselves to publish a simple fact?

Elevance Health, like other corporations in the Fortune 500, has clients that rely on commuters for revenue and profitability. This includes clients in the automobile, petroleum, restaurant, billboard, 'office clothing', convenience store, and other industries. It also includes the government clients (counties, cities, etc.) that draw their revenue from workers' payroll taxes. If these commuter-dependent clients lay off staff, Elevance Health may experience a decline in commercial sales (although that may be offset somewhat by Elevance Health selling individual and ACA products to laid off workers; possibly Medicaid products as well).

I'm not sure why this is considered to be so hush-hush by Elevance Health's corporate PR staff, but they definitely avoid relaying this reality to associates.

On my office visit days I'm usually in around 6:00 and out the door between 9:30 and 10:00. Stick around just long enough for someone else to come in and see me there. I'm preaching to the choir, but hybrid is an absolute joke.

I doubt it will be full time. May be more days per month but there is no way they can go from 1x a week to five unless they expect to lose over half their employees.

@umg+1ugfLa4O I was told by HR you have to go in at least 4 times a month for Hybrid 1. They do not look at your weekly badge swipes, only monthly. They also do not have a specific number of hours you must be in the office as it only tracks the badge swipe in.

Why???? Half of us don't work with anyone that is in our assigned office locations. I might as well be working from a coffee shop based on my own situation. Have thousands of people needlessly adding more carbon pollution to the atmosphere on top of wasting our time and money... Based on the lousy raises, the company should not be piling more needless expenses onto their employees.

Is it true that going to the office 3x a month gets you adherent for the policy? Who else is going once a week vs 3x a month? How long do you need to stay?
