I wonder how much we paid to receive that joke of an award. It means nothing if they treat employees as afterthoughts. It means nothing if you are not true full to how our numbers are showing more of a profit . It means nothing if those at the top keep receiving high bonuses while the hard working employees support their paycheck.
Are people that blind? Employees and customers need to start asking tough questions and demand answers. Stop playing tricks, stop holding cheering it’s great calls, and stop terminating employees that have made this company!

Ethics is an empty promise at a bank where the chief risk officer sleeps with her direct reports and pays auditors to leave the bank so they won’t find problems.
Just an award they can brag about buying, I mean ‘earning’ for several consecutive years. LMAO - everyone can see right through their smoke screen of deception, manipulation and greed.
It's a stupid award given that being ethical should be a given for any organization. Lower than a participation trophy IMHO. Also, never heard of Ethisphere until I started at this place so not much weight behind the award either.
Ethics and this bank do not belong in the same sentence together.

Two trips to the CFPB in three (3) years, tens of millions in fines and civil penalties, and U.S. Bank is recognized as a world's most ethical company? What world are they looking at?
Ethisphere is a pay to play award. USB donates millions to Ethisphere yearly to continue to receive this award. Ethisphere is just as corrupt as this bank.
We need to have the voices of employees heard on those types of awards. Not corporate expectations sending in essays in an attempt to mask the cr-p going on.
Were you ki-led or se-----y harassed at your cube today ? No? Well there you go. Most ethical workplace!
