You will miss their voices.

You will miss being asked for guidance.

Hey OP, There were a bunch like you in the sixties now they are calling the shots and determining how many to layoff. That primrose path is groovy.
When a professional sports team loses year after year and doesn’t move on to the playoffs, the head coach or manager is the first person fired. The players are just doing their jobs to the best of their own God given abilities. It’s the management that has to utilize those individual skills as a team to become a winner! Perhaps, T needs a new head coach...just saying!
Just being honest here, I have never had the experience of meeting or even hearing about any leaders at this company. I do wish you well though.

I like my co-workers just fine, but I won't be losing sleep when one of them is picked over me... and I am 100% sure that sentiment is reciprocated. It is what it is.

It's a job. If you went for any other reason than to make $$$$ you were a fool.
