@th you are wrong. Legally medical insurance continues until the first of the following month. Your FSA ends on the last date of employment.

It does not go on past your last date of employment, and you will receive a mailed packet for Cobra options. It is ridiculously expensive, by the way, so if you are considering quitting for the Cobra option, you might reconsider.
It is the last day of the month that you quit. After that you are eligible for COBRA for 18 months.
Should be end of month but confirm with HR or the policy on Archer.
