Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Where are you heading to after the bonus gets paid?

I got offered a job at ESIS for auto/general liability i'm considering taking. Offers slightly more money with a little bit more freedom. Any of you got something lined up already?

@2brq-you are simple minded. There are surveys being done quarterly or at least semi annually by lots of outside 3rd parties, think JD Powers. They are just one example.Others include Deloitte, PWC and multiple consultants.

You need to look at the pay chart , MG3s start around $80k. And RA3 with experience makes this for sure. Companies value litigation experience, just not Sf. Now an RA2, that is a stretch, low $70s is what I’m hearing.

That is laughable, Progressive isn’t paying a claim handler what SF pays MG3s!!!! Hahahaha. MG3s start over 100k and the average is probably making 125k conservatively. Quit with the nonsense.

I went to progressive about a month ago.. environment and culture seems to be so much better.. also got a substantial increase to what MG3s make for a claims role.

There is a difference between internal scores and external scores determined by 3rd parties.

Watch what happens if the American truckers do what they plan on doing next month. Just like Bidey Boys. The economy is doing so great and everyone is so happy but with worst inflation in over 40 years and a failing stock market most "get it." Most in there now don't remember Jimmy Carter years. I do! This is worse. Your bonus will get you a pack of chewing gum. You may be able to have one pork meal a week. Rest of time chicken and beans. Forget beef only the execs and managers get that.

Oh yea? Is that why we get memos every week demanding we start meeting customer service targets? Most updated score is 1 point below target and it’s been consistent for the past year.

LOL-customer service scores are the highest they have been in years. Nice try. More fake news.

With all the ECRs SF customer service is no better than Ocean Harbors - one of the worst in the business.

Lol analysts and management must be defending again. CS and CAs are leaving left and right. Over half the fu----g work force is external right now and upper leadership wonders why there’s so much rework and low customer service scores.

Most will see the direct deposit to their accounts, and show up for work the next morning.

Not thinking of new hire turnover, which is now the new norm in virtually every industry. The turnover at 5 years and above is minuscule…….

Oh yes, no one has left SF, you must not be in claims. Half of the express team has left, they are using externals just to get claims handled . SF is offering retention bonuses , new hire bonuses for nothing right ?

The meeting for all of those leaving could be held in an old phone booth. All talk, no actions. Reason, incompetence and no courage. Welcome,to the rest of your work life.

Like tenure is important at SF? The older ones with the higher pay go first.

No one is waiting for the bonus to leave. If anyone is so unhappy with their current job, a few dollars isn't enough to keep them around, especially if the money from some other company was much more, which I doubt.

With the coming recession next year, I would NEVER want to be the low man on the totem pole and be first to get layed off.
