Thread regarding Centene Corp. layoffs

For those who filed Religious Exemptions..

Be prepared to technically have them ALL denied. I received an answer on mine and it is “approved” until Dec. 31st when they want you to get vaccinated again or be terminated. Their “accommodation” is literally letting you go another month without it. They are also treating you like a rabid dog and not have any contact with anyone (employees/members).

Florida, Ohio and Texas have passed legislation prohibiting businesses from requiring the jibby jab for employment. This is going to get good!! Keep up the work guys. Hold the line!

There is absolutely NO religion that forbids the vaccines. All exemptions will be denied. If have, at any point in your life, been vaccinated for anything, you will be denied.

Y'all check out what Florida is doing ?? They are fining businesses and hospitals that are requiring the vaccine for employment. They are suing CMS, OSHA and the administration for the federal contractor mandates.

More states will follow through. Hold the line!!

Contractors and third party employees that work for Centene are getting terminated already.

As long as a private company provides exemptions for the vaccine it is legal for them to mandate it. Centene is private. You will find that the courts will do their best to not interfere with private companies.

Oh and if you actually have an email from your higher up saying that it's because they don't know what else to tell you. So that's what they said. They are saying that to justify it to maybe shut you up

Still a company decision. It's a business. Like remote working, dress code, and all other things they decide their policies. The court thing is whether Biden can mandate it or not not whether a company can or not Good luck with your losing court case. Joining an effort to boost vaccine in June has zero to do with a damn mandate. You don't know what the he-l you are talking about. Also Aug 3 is before September. So as I said before centene did it before Biden even said anything about it. Thanks for proving what I said

And I got news for you, Centene and various companies went to the WH in June to discuss ways to boost vaccination rates .

https://medcitynews.com/2021/06/kaiser-permanente-centene-others-join-white-house-effort-to-boost-vaccination-rates/

One of those initiatives were to "encourage" employees to get the vax. Centene's policy changed Aug 3rd. Biden "mandated" them Sept when encouraging didn't work. I have an email from my higher up specifically stating this is a federal guide line Centene must follow and "hands are tied". Just to enlighten you. So yes, this directly correlates with these unconstitutional mandates. See you in court ;)

Got news for you Biden's Mandate doesn't apply here because it's a Centene decision which they announced before Biden said anything at all. They aren't complying with his federal mandate at all. it was their own internal decision. So what the courts ruled on Biden is irrelevant to Centene.

I contacted my Governor's office. Gave all kinds of information on Centene's actions. They stated they were going to investigate the situation since they filed suit against the administration and the feral courts have stated it's unconstitutional. They also stated to reach out to our attorney general's office to file a complaint which I plan on getting more information on Monday about. We will have to fight this from all angles. Class action and on a state level. Centene and Michael specifically is apart of the World Economic Forum and that is a very powerful globalist organization. Someone said Centene is owned by the Devil and that's why they are not going to approve religious exemptions, put on your armor of God and fight. Not just for us but for our children who will one day be apart of the work force.

I would like to somehow get in touch with you guys above. A group of us should hire a lawyer and do it together. That’s what a lot of these people have been doing when it’s an employer and they were terminated.

@ihs+1dOwvcev: My lawyer said to call him when they terminate me. Federal judge put a hold on these unconstitutional mandates. So we shall see what happens. It’s a waiting game...

Then I will see them in court! Even the federal courts say Biden's mandates are unconstitutional and illegal. Centene is using the "Our hands are tied" cop out. I've been a great employee and for them to let me go over this... I will contact my State Attorney's Office.
