Pega is AI to track your work and mouse movements. It's not about efficiency or work processes. Sitting in a meeting, actually paying attention and not multitasking. Not moving your mouse will lower your Pega. No joke, you don't meet whatever number they want and you will be out .

@t3 “As long as youre meeting/exceeding your metrics, they shouldn’t care how one makes use of their 8 hours?”
This is what I hear from every single person doing the bare minimum in 3 hours and then just sleeping the rest of the day. No attempt to do more. “They said to do 40 a day and I did 45” just stop already. You’re clearly taking advantage of WFH with that statement. You could do more. But you’re entitled. Just leave and go back to some in office job.
You must not let your mouse stop moving/clicking or key strokes stop. God forbid you take your required breaks.
We were told meeting times were not included in the metric for PEGA
What if you're taking notes from the meeting? I always type important things or snip things I'll need later. Mouse movement doesn't equal not paying attention.
As long as youre meeting/exceeding your metrics, they shouldn’t care how one makes use of their 8 hours? But then again, they always want more more more. More micromanaging, more induced paranoia. I have noticed that little icon for PEGA many months ago. While I agree that some people take advantage of WFH, we all know that theyre just building a case against people on their radar, to avoid paying severance.
Not good. I never multi task in meetings etc and try to pay attention as much as possible. This is terrible.
