@t3 the good ole boys club are those in senior level/executive positions that have been with the company 20+ years, many of which sit around, doing nothing and have no knowledge of what their team is even doing. They’re just coasting along until they get a huge payout to leave.
This did not age well.
@106
There’s a sign in Vicki’s office that says free beer tomorrow. I hate that she changes is every single day and I have to come back the next.
Your answer will always be tomorrow until it becomes today.
@t8 so what’s the answer then? Anybody?
@hc+1, someone either doesn’t work at Oxy or hasn’t been paying attention to internal announcements.
Who determines who is in the ‘good ole boys’ club, and who is a forward-thinking professional? And why is one put in ' ' and the other not?
By the way, for those interested, this is a fair non-insulting question asked in a polite manner.
You are correct. Today is the day. It is the day oil execs went to Washington to discuss Venezuelan. Heard that XOM put up a great show to tell it as it is. Risky.
Now it’s tomorrow
Maybe RJ will finally clean house of SC and VH’s ‘good ole boys’ club and get some new faces in leadership. SVP’s and VP’s in HR and compensation/benefits need to be replaced with forward-thinking professionals.
Tomorrow
Can’t wait for RJ to take over and turn this rudderless ship around. VH has destroyed so much value and is always chasing the wrong thing and late to the bandwagon. Jumped on CC / DAC and pi$$ed of billions and where is that going now that the political tides have turned. Same with DEI. And now the VP of AI….that tells me I should start shorting AI stocks.
We need someone that sees where things are heading and gets there first rather than diving late into the latest vibes and trends.
You need someone that can see whe
Two more weeks
Still waiting
Has he received enough training from VH yet?
Your magic ball is telling you something?
