I don't think there are many operators still on their probation year.Its cruel to do it that way.Most of the newbie operators in STST are far better workers than the long term operators in STST.
Nobody has heard that cause it's not true. Stop freaking people out. What is wrong with you. Only VPs.kmow the number. Every single thing u hear is a rumor made up that's all anyone needs to know.
Doubt this is true. The redundancies is based around a money cost cutting reduction for the site, not a headcount reduction. Makes more sense to make higher earners etc. redundant as it contributes more to the cost cutting. Just more rumours on top of the other rumours.
Surely they’ll offer voluntary first?
Nothing official yet . Wouldnt be surprised though. Theyll try and make the RIF as cheap as possible
