5 years ago, ANI headcount was approx 2500. Currently its approx 1700.
Is everyone waiting for a Payoff or is it just me? Good people with good performance history being let go ; reskilling courses being put on but then the jobs they are reskilling for get hit en masse (recent examples = Scrum Master ; Security and now DPM). The culture is in the toilet and now Workday looks like going to affect work/life balance.
Im running out of reasons to start applying for jobs as I feel that 1700 headcount is only going one way
