This company just keeps going full speed ahead with claim work types moving to India
Service is horrible and complaints are through the roof ! You can’t get through to them at all…even when you do reach them on the phone !! They don’t understand what is happening and they are reading from a script. This keeps getting worse ! We need real adjusters fast !! Not more layoffs !

Yep they are working and failing miserably at FNOL calls and tasks.
I have experienced this as well. I had someone reduce the supplement I wrote.. They deleted it and changed it to the subrogation demand from the other carrier. Huh? I was able to Teams someone from India the other day but the only reason why is that I was working at 10pm Eastern time and they were at the beginning of their shift. Worst yet many files are express with no adjuster handling so every time a customer calls in they get a different person that can't answer even a basic question.
I am indian and let me tell you, being indian is actually a great thing. we have beautiful people and we have ugly people. just like any race. I for 1 am a great person, have great friends, and i take care of every one that is in my life and i am glad to do it, and for that i have people that love me around me. also, indian parents are one of the best parents you can have. sometimes they can be really strict, but they will take care of you no matter what, and they will buy you what ever it is that you need. as long as your not a selfish ****head. Also, we all have great jobs, lots of money and a family that we all love and take care off.

Allstate India has been a disaster. I’ve had multiple files where they fail to update the police report or contact the customer about a total loss claim. I’ve seen them complete the task without actually doing anything. It’s frustrating and seems Allstate continues to send them work which they are unqualified for.
Yep. The Patels have been nosing and rummaging in my files too. I emailed the Patels I could tell and their Boss Patel and told them to stay out of my files. I don't care if they report me or not.
And they are going into injury files working them. There is no communication and “transparency” about what tasks they are taking over. New work groups. New processes. We haven’t been told any of it.
Funny you say this. I just got a call today from an irate shop that I was working with livid because someone from India called them and argued with them about something that I have already been working with this shop on. Come to find out after talking to some other auto adjusters that India is going into our files and not even letting us know behind our backs and working on our files causing even more frustration and confusion with our clients and customers.
Bad to see our jobs go overseas. It’s been going on for years as GS and TW can get it done super cheap. They will sacrifice their principles and call it diversity when it’s really exploitation and greed driving jobs overseas.
