There's been some lawsuits about this, but all the successful ones have been against gov agencies that had a mandate. If it's going to break through on the corporate side, and I hope it does, it will probably be limited to companies that had an actual requirement, as opposed to coercion to do self harm. FSP.
I'm sure someone thought this would be a good idea...without understanding the RISK.
