I left the company in May of 2024 after 2 years, please be sure to check your state laws regarding PTO. If your state requires they give it to you when you leave take that to legal. They tried to not give me mine and I pushed it up the chain until I got a payout. They are very very shady.

@sfb Not true at all. Nebraska also pays out PTO at time of separation. It doesn't matter what the handbook says, what matters is state law!
It's in the Handbook that the only state that gets paid out at term is California
