How many of the people who post here still work at State Farm and how many have left for another company or retired? I'm not saying anybody shouldn't be posting, I'm just curious who is the majority. Also, if you have left or retired, what keeps bringing you back here?

Because we hate State Farm. The ba----ds running the show are ruining the company. He-l is going to be full of Slave Farm Execs and Management!!!

I left a couple of years ago. Needed more challenging work than processing transactions & manipulating my metrics. I work for a much smaller insurance company now, I wear many hats and underwriting, I perform audits, I travel to see clients, the breath of experience I've received in a two and a half years but I've been at my new job, would take me 10 years to acquire at the farm.
Claims so called management is incompetent. Too many have no clue about the work their people do or don't do.

Left three years ago, but still have tons of friends at State Farm and numerous friends and family in the insurance industry. I stayed in the industry, but do a very different job.
It’s interesting to see that the my instincts were correct. It makes me sad that State Farm has become an increasingly bad place to work. I’d like to see it corrected, but it seems to go further and further the wrong direction.
I'm retired and I don't like what I am hearing from current SF associates. I agree with @sdf. Some of the posts confirm what I am being told.
I left, but every now and then I’ll get a message out of the blue from an old colleague that will ask me if it’s worth working at sf. Usually it’s not hard to find 2-3 posts here spilling a lot truth amongst the bs and screenshot it.
