This seems to be a trend across all the FOC's as we coalesce.
There is a lot of bloat at middle management. From my perspective - These are also the ones whove been in quiet quit mode for a long time.
But that mode has seemed to trickle into every facet of the company now. Everyone seems to be biding time instead of trying to obtain these absurd goals and timelines.

@sa Not true. They are restructuring the Director position and instead of it being regionalized, they will be separated based on practice areas. LCs will still report to a director position, they will just have a different title.
Interesting times …. Now all the local LCs will report directly to corporate. The company cut out the most expensive middlemen and women.
