Merger coming and when it hits, look out. It’s going to be like the police entering a crack house. The awful unethical management and poor strategy to sell sell sell with little to no customer service. If it’s done right there won’t be much the same.

@s8 Not sure years with the company matter after the latest and greatest DEI run. Yrs with a company mean nothing when it comes pay anymore. Add in those ridiculous, fraudulent sales bonuses too, those should and I’m sure are being reviewed as well. If it walks like a duck (fraud), sounds like a duck(fraud), and looks like a duck (fraud), it is probably a duck (fraud).

if you are making more $$$ than your peers who do the same thing you do (because you have been with company longer) expect to be cut. Congratulations on being with the company for many years. It will be those years that will be your employment demise. You are now a liability to the company and you will need to go. Your knowledge means nothing to those making "financial" decisions.
I bet there are a lot of cuts by end of 2025. They will want the books clean come the new year. I read or was told that the new guy gloats about reducing overhead/staff by 30% at Frontier….it isn’t over yet. Once we get past legal day 1 get that seat belt buckled up again.
Nothing will change. Show up do nothing. Say oh I got to follow up with that person again and never do. Management saying oh next week and when next week comes its oh next week. When in reality it doesnt exist. Company blows.
