At least 2 senior planners and several in the buying org quit this month.
I know of a half-dozen more interviewing, haha. They were warned this would happen with RTO and leadership decided to do layoffs anyway.

@wz that’s. Huge waste of money for the company to fly those ppl in every week and the talent not even going to stay. Belk does some of the most silly stuff

Not gonna name drop but 1 Sr planner in mens and 2 in center core.
No more layoffs, but theyre flying in remote people and none of them have any intention to actually move back, just applying for other jobs.
Best thing to happen to me, was getting laid off in march and getting a severance - Making $15k more now then I was! To all others, get out while you can!!!

Did Belk do another round of layoffs ? Are out of state employees still commuting and Belk paying for the travel ?
