Leader told us today to prepare that after the holidays sometime between January and March most roles in all areas that are not chat roles will be going hybrid with 2 or 3 days in the office in Hudson. Not sure about other areas of the country.

Because asking you for your vaccination papers is a "tread lightly" legal matter they are treating everyone as if they are not vaccinated. It was just within the last 2 weeks that we got to remove our masks at our desk. But they did hand out branded Allstate masks.

I am a hybrid employee that has been in the Hudson office 3 days a week (Monday and Friday from home) and it is sad here. So spread out. No cafeteria or food options. Can't use fridges and if you get up you get chased around asking what you are doing. You have to wear masks in the building but can take them off at your desk. Security walks around like prison guards. Rumor is we may get to use the fridges this fall. I had to buy a hard cooler for my lunches as it is such a pain in the rear to go and get food and go through the re-entry protocol.

@rxr....there have been employees back in the hudson office since late May in full time in office and hybrid roles. we are changing from WFH based to hybrid in september in our department and will be back in hudson center 3 days a week.
Thanks OP. We heard some chatter regarding this same exact thing and same timeline about a month ago but nothing since. Was hesitant to post about it since I heard nothing more and didn't see anyone talking about it until this. Wouldn't surprise me considering the company is getting very little use out of a building that they are paying to maintain and paying security to watch.
