There wasn't really anything of note, other than the delusional "engagement is up" and them believing it's because we care SO MUCH about the organization.
People are taking the surveys because they're angry. For someone that says she reads every comment she doesn't seem to be absorbing the feedback.
Out of all the MC members, I really do enjoy her. But that doesn't mean she isn't also out of touch.
