My point is that it is now the worst carrier for both in the industry bar none....

What Tom and Glen fail to realize is the perception of hearing that being said by some one with a foreign accent? It is no longer familiar or comforting it is foreign. Because that is the company's impression going forward. Tom and Glen should put in an auto or property claim and see how it really is. We are screwed as a company.
