T is following other big corporations like Amazon and making employees return to the office 5 days a week. Amazon employees are raising holly he-l. So are T employees. With adult lives, busy families with childcare needs, far outside the office location the companies should reconsider. It is not 1998 or 2017. It’s almost 2025. There are other options. It’s time to think outside of the box. When you are working 5 days in the office your muscles atrophying like tender veal under fluorescent lights. The dust accumulated on the carpet and desks causes allergies and breathing problems. Such environment poses health hazard. No wonder average person over 50 yrs is on 5 different medications. Employees are crammed in the office like chickens on commercial poultry farm. We deserve better treatment. This is corporate abuse.

It’s wild how out of touch the executive class is.
From Ubisoft, to Amazon, to T - we see it everyday.
Company is so broke it’s doing demotions, forced relocations, layoffs, no budget for company events, travel, etc - but they still spend money on HR and spin doctors to try and surprise dissent.
The executive class is insulated in their little bubbles, with their security, surrounded by yes men.
They create the environment that puts them so out of touch with reality.
They rely on over priced consultants and overrated MBA’s - they want to be lied to they only want to hear what they want to hear. They keep engineers out because they don’t want to hear the truth of the mess they’ve made.
They even pay people to try and convince everyone else of their version of reality.
You see instances of pushback, we will see what the outcome is - these type of people never admit or accept their wrong until they’re forced to, one way or another.

T employees have generally respected leadership. Then, leadership drops a big cleveland steamer on employee's chests with a decision they made while high on crack. Amazon has been cr@pping on employees much more strongly. So, I'd say ATT employees are not like Amazon, but they will be.
