Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Stop wearing Magenta gear

Make a statement, this fake culture is the enabler for SLT's bullsh-t. It's the tool they use to manipulate the masses!

Fight back, wear normal cloths to the office. The layoff list is already in motion and your T-shirt choice isn't going to change anything at this point. However, an office without Magenta gear will send a strong message and will undermine their power.

Own your identity, take SLT's away and may the odd's be ever in your favor.

I'm glad you left as well. Any workplace is better with fewer bigots.

Plenty of people do. I buy them for work and wear them at work. How is that free advertising and even if it was, maybe as a shareholder, that's not a bad thing? I never wear company gear on personal time. I feel sorry for people who have had such a sh---y experience that they can't fathom buying $10 shirts to wear at work.

I never understood the cult always commenting & wanting Mike the twinks clothing during his town halls. Probably the same people in line for their 10th Vax shot to save the world. So glad I left when I started seeing their agenda being pushed. Everyone put their pronouns in your email to affirm the people that can't even accept themselves.

?? Who the he-l actually buys corporate clothes? Dude, you can get a bunch of comfy shirts off of Amazon or at Costco without having to advertise a company. Typically companies pay for advertising real estate, and you're giving it to them for free?

The magenta gear from head to toe on everyone is so weird.
Cultish. It's a part of the culture for sure and would be noticed if stopped in mass. The environment is part of the cult(ure) and magenta blasting is part of the schtick.

I've worn magenta gear for years. Every single day. Why? Because before T-Mobile, I had to wear fu----g polos or long sleeve dress shirts. Not just because I've been part of teams that love their jobs, enjoy working together, and are enthusiastic about magenta branding. For me, it's also about keeping things simple. I hate shopping for clothes, but I'll buy T-Mobile shirts every few months or so and work in comfort while eliminated one annoying decision I'd otherwise have to make every day. Also, the OP idea will accomplish absolutely nothing. The vast majority of people in offices aren't the C level folks that got us here.

who cares what other people wear... man of the petty stuff to complain about, this is next level. do you really think an office without magenta attire would matter at all? do you go to an office? I do and there certainly isn't all tmobile shirts and since there is no dress code, it wouldn't matter if nobody wore the gear. complaining about free stuff... trashing it even. just don't take it. you do you booboo but not wearing the clothes won't make any kind of statement to anyone you're trying to show out to. y'all are so salty.

As soon as I get any swag from T-Mobile it goes right in the trash! I wouldn't give that junk to the homeless. I have wiped my a-s with T-Mobile swag though.

My favorite thing was wearing my Sprint gear to All Hands meetings. All the TMo toadies wearing their magenta garbage were worse than a scientology cult.

I've always given all my swag to my wife who uses it for gardening/painting clothing so she doesn't ruin clothes she cares about.

I never wore Magenta and certainly never bought it. That chincy cr@p they gave out went directly to the trash.

"I agree. The rest of the employees shouldn’t show up to any all hands in person anymore. Cut the cheering and fake clapping. Let the SLT show up to an empty audience".

That would be awesome. Too bad there are too many brown-nosers.

When I was let go, I gave all my gear to the homeless shelter.
