I think there have been so many cuts here recently, small and large, that we've become desensitized to it. I remember when every mention of layoffs caused outrage among everybody. Now, most people glance over it and move on. Unless it affects us directly, it's not that important. It's the new Allstate normal.

The constant reliance and addiction to computers and phones bots and emails and texts has desensitized this company and it’s employees. Feelings are not part of any collateral damage. Be used to it or quit now. Pray for a layoff so you can get a better job ! And no this is not a cool story bro. It’s truth and it hurts us all. Thanks to greed and stupidity
