I was officially laid off last Thursday and still haven't recieved a final pay, I signed the agreement on the termination date. When should we expect to be paid our severance pay?

Sorry to hear you folks have lost your jobs. Corporate America is pretty heartless, however I blame this economy squarely on the Demoncrats. There are consequences to who is in authority.

Last Thursday was my separation date as well. I received my final regular paycheck (WARN pay) for 10/30-11/2 plus my PTO lump sum payout on 11/3 (in addition to my regular 11/3 paycheck for the period 10/15-10/28). However some states are different in how they require the PTO payout payments to be made. The first severance payment will begin 11/17. Lump sum for the pro-rated bonus and tenure (and PTO payout if in one of the states as mentioned above) pay should also be paid out on 11/17 (or as soon as practical, according to the separation agreement).

It's probably why they got laid off. Because they couldn't follow instructions or READ anything.

You'll get a lump sum for PTO and I believe the annual bonus if were eligible. If you were there 20 years or more you'll also get the tenure kicker as a lump sum. The rest of the severance is going to be paid every two weeks over however many weeks worth you were eligible to get. Probably starting on the next regular check date but it could take longer according to the paperwork. This is all in the severance FAQs and severance PDF that they had us sign. I'm going off memory but I'm sure everything I wrote is accurate possibly with the exception of the annual bonus being one of the lump sum payments. The bonus might be rolled into the biweekly checks as well. Just check your severance you confirm.

And don't worry about that person that keeps posting comments here reach out to T-Mobile. It's a pain. But I will say that the ridiculously long PDFs they gave us does answer most questions.

Read your separation agreement. In there it says:
