When I started in customer service at WF back in 1999 My system would lag for 3 minutes when the call recording software started recording. This is nothing new, it's just being applied to everyone rather than the few who used to fit the mold for required recording.
Wells and JPMC would merge if the regulators would allow such an unholy alliance/mess

Monitoring has been happening in various forms & areas within WF for at least 15 years. It used to be with Tealeaf (user session recall software), for example. Probably now with something more modern and expansive, such as being discussed here. Anytime you use technology anywhere (not just WF related), assume everything that you do can/will be tracked. Always remember - as tech users in this world, WE are the product (especially with "free" softwares) and our personal data is the most valuable thing to any company providing the software. Stay safe out there!

@rkz+1sNUENPL, I guess Microsoft can send our daily activity to the government too. We have zero privacy.
Windows will be able to record everything done on your computer so you can “play back” anything to recover data.

As Microsoft explains on its website, the feature — which is called "Recall" and is still being tested — takes "images of your active screen every few seconds."
"The snapshots are encrypted and saved on your PC’s hard drive," the description continues. "You can use Recall to locate the content you have viewed on your PC using search or on a timeline bar that allows you to scroll through your snapshots."
Yes this is already happening and enforced during RTO
I assumed stuff like this was already happening here anyway. Data collection anyhow. They are doing other things such as listening to you on your laptop (I'm guessing) as they disabled the ability to manually mute the microphone on mine. They also track your location. A weird circle pops up on the corner next to the clock on your screen. When this happens, it is tracking your location. It happens periodically throughout the day.
