Our quality dropped significantly recently. Client not happy and asking if it was due to experienced employees leaving. Of course my boss says no. And then we have to do even more work tracking what went wrong and why and come up with solutions to prevent these errors.

@rk I don't know how the remaining U.S workers are able to keep up with the double and triple workloads they are forced to due. After so many workers were let go.
