@rh they absolutely can. Even the attestation when you turn your computer on states they may track it.

RTO after covid...from 2020.. if you were hired as an in office worker it should not matter your drive distance, you should be in office worker. If you were hire as a telecommuting then you should be working from home.

@f5 you do know that they can track your IP address right? swipe/don't swipe the badge, doesn't really matter when it comes to where you are doing your work from, but if they require that you plant your ar-e in the office, sooner or later, they're going to d-mb down the contract to state that they are tracking IP addresses as well.
